User Responsibilities
Account Security

Reddit Compliance
- Follow all Reddit Terms of Service and community guidelines
- Engage authentically and add value to conversations

Prohibited Uses
You may not use ThreadPal to:

Subscription and Payment
Billing

- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Cancellation

- Service continues until the end of your billing period
- Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation
Intellectual Property
ThreadPal retains all rights to our software, algorithms, and service technology. You retain ownership of your business data and content. Reddit content remains subject to Reddit's terms and the rights of original posters.
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
ThreadPal provides the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Reddit's guidelines, or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your access to the service and data will be revoked.
Changes to Terms
